Tina has a legal background and has over 6 years of experience working in the housing sector. Prior to working at Altair, Tina has worked for the Local Government in the Welfare Reform team looking at the London Borough’s Financial Inclusion Strategy at the height of the introduction of Universal Credit. Tina also worked in the London Borough’s Housing Policy team and was responsible for helping to develop their new Housing Strategy. She was recently a part of the founding team of a major for-profit provider and had the responsibility to establish housing management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring strict governance and consumer standard compliance. Within her role at Sage, Tina also led on many housing improvement projects.
