Tom is a Chartered Town Planner who has worked in the housing and regeneration sector for over a decade and a half since his recruitment to the national regeneration agency, English Partnerships in 2005.
He has extensive experience of working with Local Authorities and Registered Providers at a senior level to deliver both large scale and more focussed transformational housing led regeneration projects from the plan making process through to implementation on site.
Tom is known for his ability to work within complex partnership settings to build relationships, form consensus and deliver outputs through his personable approach to assignments. He is motivated by the desire to improve people’s lives through better housing, good design and meaningful regeneration initiatives.
Outside of work, Tom likes spending time on music production and djing, eating good food, cycling, and spending time with his family.
