Tom Dewey
Tom’s focus is on strategic development projects and procedures, working with local authorities such as Basildon Borough Council and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, as well as progressing major regeneration schemes for RSL clients such as Swan and Genesis.
Tom is an accredited town planner, whose foundations in development were laid at English Partnerships, the government National Regeneration Agency over a decade ago as a Graduate Trainee working across the country, before settling in London and building his career in the housing and regeneration sector.
Career highlights have included managing Waltham Forest’s Housing Strategy team during a period of transformational change in the sector, leading the set implementation of a new build home programme at Basildon Council including set up of the Council’s Wholly Owned Company, securing Housing Zone funding for for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for 3,000 homes, and leading the Genesis Major Ventures team during a period of transition.
