Will Morley
Will is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and has been part of Altair’s fast-track learning and development graduate programme since September 2019. In his role he is responsible for internal innovation for project management, business development, supporting stakeholder engagement, client advisory reports, as well as collecting and presenting research for internal and external use. Since joining Altair, Will has supported the delivery of strategy and change, governance, value for money, recruitment and international projects for a range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, national governments and non-traditional providers. Most recently, Will has had experience project managing a significant change management programme that aims to provide a sustainable, resilient and customer focused repairs service to drive improved customer satisfaction.
Studying Politics and International Relations at the University of Reading sparked Will’s interest in the housing sector. His degree programme developed his understanding of the relationships within the housing sector and their impact on the wider political landscape.
